Hah, Hereforge is bonus shady. I emailed to delete my account because of the recent TOS change (yes I've seen their reply, no that's not what their TOS actually says)

Their reply includes this lovely line:
"Please make sure to cancel any subscriptions before confirming you want your account deleted, or you will continue to be charged."

...WHAT. How is that in any way, shape or form an acceptable thing? "Yes, we're going to continue to charge the account that no longer exists and which you can't log into to turn off". Seriously?

Today on Gameplay Accidentally Imitates Life:

Playing Seedship, where you are the AI of a colony ship sent from a doomed Earth. I found a planet with OK conditions and alien ruins. And a pre stone age civilization.

Ok, they probably nuked themselves. Maybe my colonists won't be fucks this time and they can help

....my colonists were fucks again and killed them all. Sigh.

Huh. Apparently there's a "Space Empires 4x" boardgame that's, well, a computer 4x as a board game.

The weird thing is it's taking it's entire game design- including the graphics on the tokens! from Space Empires IV the PC game. But it doesn't seem affiliated with either the developer or publisher.

It is now officially my birthday. I am starting it sitting on the toilet fighting back waves of nausea, weakness and chills as I wait for the Dr ordered constipation medicine to work its way down my empty guts to the now semi clogged pipes on the other end. The reason for the logjam is still ??? possibly diet, and my ass still hurts from the Dr. shoving his fingers in there.
