@troubleMoney What was the _actual_ pirate accent, if there even was one single accent you could pin down? I'd guess something vaguely urban upper-class, probably

@Felthry pirates came from all over the place so there isn't really any single accent that could be termed "pirate"

Although Blackbeard did supposedly come from Bristol so the stereotypical accent is somewhat close to how he'd have spoke but that isn't typical
