morrowind screenshots (openmw, lots of mods)

Fresh off the boat

[Image: a picture taken from the bow of a ship. A swamp stretches out as far as the eye can see, but it's a clear day at least. A iron and paper lantern is hanging from the stern, which is unusual and curves up and back towards the ship.]

re: morrowind screenshots (openmw, lots of mods)

@lizardsquid Morrowind still looks really good, especially with the graphical enhancement mods.

re: morrowind screenshots (openmw, lots of mods)

@Felthry it really does look great - I don't even have too much in the way of graphical enhancements (these pictures basically only include: a higher render distance, some slightly nicer lanterns, and the "intelligent textures" pack, which is just the vanilla textures upscaled with AI.)

re: morrowind screenshots (openmw, lots of mods)

@lizardsquid The upscaled textures and longer render distance does a lot for it.

The screenshots don't include any character models, so I imagine the faces still look awful.

re: morrowind screenshots (openmw, lots of mods)

@Felthry I personally like a lot of the vanilla faces.

@lizardsquid Fair! I think the awful ones stuck in our mind more, and there are some really bad ones.

re: morrowind screenshots (openmw, lots of mods)

@Felthry yeah, I think there's some particularly bad bosmer faces...
