@Felthry @packbat specifically, it's the title of a song that was written by someone who listened to a lot of english music on the radio but didn't speak a word of the language, so he wrote a song that sounded like what he heard
it's fascinating to listen to because your brain goes "this is english, i should know what this is". like i know a lot of those syllables and they all go together in ways i'm used to as an english speaker. but they're not words
in context though it's just nonsense
