@pan it can be extremely vital and it’s weird that people talk about it like you’re bad for needing it. Like why is “you’re just doing it for attention” a dismissive sentence instead of one of pity or sympathy

anyway yeah i think when ppl haven't experienced what it's like to desperately Need attention, they have this dismissive attitude a lot bc it's only ever kind of an extra bonus for them (and bc ableism)

@FragileVal I am very open about needing attention because I've felt loneliness. The type of loneliness that physically hurts and I never want to be in that place again. So, I tell my partner regularly that I need attention. Haha
its been a month and this is still worth bein said imo
