to define something as white history means to highlight the whiteness as an inextricable part of what occurred. Black history is often named as such because of various obstacles, not just civil rights

anything dubbed "white history" is going to BE the shit that white people moan about. whiteness being explicitly tied to that history means colonizing and exploitation being tied into those events.
