I have existed in environments where "Haha [innuendo about thing someone just said]" was just expected behavior and I definitely did it too. I mostly broke the habit quite while back, though I still slip up now and again.

However, if you're still in the habit of making those jokes, if you still have social circles in which they're common... please just... make them untargeted if they must be made at all. Please do not ever make them in reference to the body of someone who has not consented to that kind of joking around and especially someone with which you don't even have an existing sexual relationship with. It can be immensely triggering to be on the receiving end of that kind of joke.

And if you've done this around me and/or to me, I am not seeking an apology. I do not want an apology. I cannot handle direct confrontation about incidents like this (for several reasons, not the least of which because I don't have access to the therapy I'd need after such a confrontation.) I just want to forget that it happened and assume it won't happen again.

NOTE: If the shoe is on the other foot and I have made that kind of joke at your expense, the above non-confrontation thing doesn't apply and you are absolutely allowed to confront me about it in whatever way you deem necessary.

Recent plurality shifts have led me to this habit of sitting awake late into the night, lingering in digital ghost towns, in search of a certain kind of connection that used to come and go like an orbiting satellite. At some point it didn't come back around, and I maybe didn't feel the lack of that familiar orbit until isolation set in and old facets of me awakened.

@noiob Ah, yeah. Should have checked that before. Access to media.awoo.space from awoo.space is blocked by CORS policy: The 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header contains multiple values '*, *', but only one is allowed.

@noiob Cleared for awoo.space and nothing changed. I don't appear to have a cache for media.awoo.space, (and that address appears to redirect to wasabi.com, at least on web ports).

@noiob I'm noticing that most audio posts from other instances will no longer play on my timeline, but they'll play fine if I go visit that instance directly instead. Any idea if awoo.space is missing some upstream audio post changes, or are these other instances using custom stuff that just doesn't work outside those instances?

@edgedestroys@snouts.online I've found it extraordinarily hard to *find* other furry musicians, and there just seems to be this huge apathy among them once I do in regard to becoming a community. To some degree, I can understand that, because I alone really have nothing to offer them as incentive to merge into something greater. There's got to be SOME way though.

@edgedestroys@snouts.online We desperately need a real community solution for music, especially among furries. Some sort of arrangement that doesn't leave music as a tacked-on afterthought.

Maybe a WIP, maybe just a short tune.
