this is literally 100% legal as long as the company got the appropriate permission from the US government by saying their employees are slowed by their disability.

while we're on it, just a reminder that in the united states, a disabled person on needs-based disability benefits can only have a maximum of $2,000 in savings and resources, or $3,000 for the whole household if they live with a spouse (actively punishing married disabled people woooo.)

@Fidgetcetera In fact I remember meeting someone who had gotten divorced as that allowed them to have more in savings; otherwise the relationship continued as it always had.

she no longer messes with diability in this country because the feds expected her to quit her job at a dairy farm
she loves animals and loves working with animals
she no longer has disability, because fuck that she wants to work/play with the cows
she also nearly was detained by TSA at the airport for "not responding" to their authority
shes fucking deaf of course she isnt ffs
