#drawings today were basically trying to combine stuff from this past week with getting better dark areas compositionally, silhouettes, that stuff. Might use marker on the lupines later. Also; random song quotes!

My dad collects chess sets, and bought a batch made and sold by former Soviet scientists to make ends meet. I figured Mastodon, being full of commies, would appreciate the Communist side of the Russian Civil War set. True to form, there’s Stalin and no trace of Kirov.
