#drawings today partly while listening to the Aliens soundtrack. Idk why I felt I needed to push through the adventurers in the tavern but I really felt that way.

First attempt to sauté chard!

​So a brief post mortem on today's drawing;

* I'm pretty satisfied with the inks except I really need to dump on the ink in dark areas. I went over the drawing with that in mind and feel it's an improvement.

* I'm fairly happy with handling texture over surfaces.

* The pencils need more solidity, and the designs largely lack interest in chunkier and repeated shapes. This was an experiment in trying to work faster, but I don't feel I'm a proficient enough designer to make it work yet.

Just one #drawing today, not entirely successful, trying to get more dimensional inks over rougher pencils, plot out dark areas while drawing, get a better feeling of fur/hair textures.

#drawings today were spaceships and I feel like I made progress but I am definitely stuck in the Star Wars “we got a batch of Tamiya kits from the store” aesthetic.

#drawings today were sci-fi characters. Specifically #Starfinder.

#drawings from today were mecha, sci-fantasy characters, and something that happened in a recent #DnD session; there really was a mechanical purple worm, the gnome wizard really did cast Sphere of Invulnerability on himself before jamming himself in its maw, and the barbarian really did whale on it while the rogue tried to figure out how to disable the mechanism.

Was in a shitty mood so I figured why not push a #drawing all the way to completion?

Today after being all stoked about Starfinder, I put on Star Trek music and drew stuff only vaguely related to either. #drawings

I also got some bird photos!

Hey, since it’s a gray day literally and emotionally here, I wanted to share photos of yesterday’s hike.

Also #drawings today were an ogre crashing a campsite and a Githyanki hunting party on the prime material plane.

Last #drawings for 2020, started off listening to Type O Negative and finished listening to Astrix!

​Just one #drawing today, I’m having an off day. These are Achelosaurus horneri because I don’t see much art with them.

#drawings today listening to Foo Fighters and the Pumpkins. Druid healing a fighter won on Mastodon, throne with villains won on Twitter, so I did both!

Anyway also today I put on “Garmarna” and worked up some #inks for the first time in forever.

So I thought I'd make it worse with some voice acting. I am actually sober for this, would you believe it?

Somehow I woke up both eager to hit the trail and wanting to laze around on the Internet doing bo-diddley. Phones facilitate both.
