Increasing my Independence, Mindfulness & Resilience will not fix my pain or exhaustion.

Teaching seminars on those things to people struggling to make rent, find a job or find shelter for the night will do a damn bit of good for getting them out of those situations.

It is a social narrative, employed to direct focus away from uncomfortable social problems & radical solutions, and onto individuals breaking themselves to squeeze into a broken culture.
