So today's D&D session involved us choosing from several missions. There are six McGuffins to acquire, and five other teams working for the same organization as us. Who have been urged to compete to get the most of these six McGuffins.
We were presented with an abstracted, magical map, upon which two other teams had already marked their choices as to which one they were going for. We made our choice, and saw the other two make theirs. Two teams chose to go to locations that were already claimed.
Then my kobold thief/sorceress sat back, and contemplated the map. "Let's go to *this* one instead," she said, pointing to a mission nobody had laid claim to. "And see who shows up."
"...I hadn't thought of anyone doing that," said the DM.
Tucker's Fourth Rule: When given an opportunity to tell your enemies where you are going, *lie*.

@anthracite I feel like I should recognize Tucker's Fourth Rule. Is that Tucker's Kobolds, or something else?
