Does anyone know of a device where I can connect one POTS (Plain Old Telephone System) line with another bidirectionally, where one line can forward calls to the other line and vice-versa? I want to bridge two independent phone lines together so they can call each other.
@XerTheSquirrel I think what you're asking for is a two-way phone line simulator, and phone line simulators are definitely things.
The simpler ones start ringing one end 2 seconds after you take the other end off hook. The more advanced ones are also called FSX phone line simulators and PSTN simulators.
@arielmt I have two phone line simulators (4 ports each) that I am looking to connect them together so I can call through them. They are independent simulators.

@XerTheSquirrel Ah. Yeah, that's trickier. I can't find anything fitting the bill short of a full-blown PBX system. :/
