Star Treks are very good today. I enjoyed muchly.
Didn't know what to do this evening so I plucked something from my todo list, only to find I'd already done all but the last step of changing a one thing in a config file.
Well, I changed the config file now. A productive evening was had by all.
Today I have to actually commute to and work from an office 😫

I added OpenGraph metadata to my website, so naturally I needed to make an image to accompany it.
I think I did a pretty good job.
I had a dream last night that for some reason my printer, underneath the bit with the buttons, had an area for a second set of ink cartridges, and I was so annoyed that I now needed to buy four ink cartridges just to refill my printer.

Also I noticed that a bunch of my usernames, stretching back to the early 2000s, have referenced robots or machinery. How on earth did I only _just_ make a robot my fursona?!
Years and years ago I had a logo in the form of a bat head silhouette with a gear in it.
It didn't get used much and generally got displaced by other symbols later on, especially when I rebranded my personal site to "Grey's Adventures" and changed it to a rocket ship.
Anyway, I brought it back.

You'll get more out of Mastodon by using unofficial mobile apps such as Tusky (Android) and Metatext (iOS) than through the official app.
You get a two more timelines to view: a Local timeline, and a Federated timeline.
The Local timeline consists of all public posts made by other people on the same instance/server you're on, while the Federated timeline consists of public posts including people outside of your instance.

I did a bio update but I don't think I ever actually tooted— I work for the government now.
Pros: Good pay, good benefits, actually really great people who are good at their jobs.
Cons: Lots of paperwork, not allowed to continually rant about politics anymore.
