I really hate how cis sounds because it's basically just the sound of spittle being ejected through the gaps in my teeth, BUT Latin is supposed to be pronounced with hard Cs. It's just that nobody does it because Kikero sounds bad in a way that Cicero doesn't.
But kisgender is a better pronunciation than cisgender...
