and honestly at this point if you don't like that opinion i am so ok with that
because if you can't tell the difference between "i oppose this social justice principle" and "i am seriously worried that people on my side could do unjust things in the pursuit of this principle, because I've watched it happen before" well honestly fuck you at this point
it would be like you were a racing fan and you decided i was incredibly hostile to your whole hobby because i didn't like your idea of "wouldn't it be more exciting if we taped cinder blocks to the accelerator pedals"

i could go on for hours about why i think the "i will ban anyone who has even the faintest sympathy or agreement for our enemies" mentality is a huge sucker trap and will surely only fuck us over, but instead how about you just imagine a zebra monk shoving a copy of the Dao De Jing deep within some social justice berserker's nasal cavity
