question for poly people (feel free to boost)

for me, the difference between "partner" and "a friend I love" is a level of trust and a commitment to being together.

is that it? am I missing something?

@lizardsquid A relationship isn't something set in stone, and the titles for relationships are much more fluid than people think.

The only thing you need to turn a friend you love into a partner is the mutual consent to use the term. That's all you need to make it valid.

What it requires beyond that is established through a long period (possibly even life-long!) of negotiation between both loves. ♥️

@lizardsquid @typhlosion Thank you ♥️

I like to think of myself as a sort of street therapist. I think about and research this stuff a _lot._ XD
