Took a nap, tried to, ~90 minutes. Most of it was fitful. Lay down crying from frustration at the wasted day, was... 'alright' through most of the nap thing. Finally ended with I'm not sure what but I sat straight up from it and was crying again.

Can I just stick to vidid daydreaming and completely blank feeling sleep? The sleep-dreaming seems to have a lot more unpleasantness in it.

I just want to curl up and sleep. I just want to actually get work done and get ahead of my backlog. I want to have one night's rest that actually feels restful.

Inside of brain:

-look like shit
-feel like worse shit
-oh gods no so much work to do
-need to clean bird cages, getting messy
-pile of other chores
-tired
-can't think
-nearly fell over a few times in shower

I hate how after having a bad day it's just so easy to fall right back into the same mental grooves.
