I'm not angry at anyone, just like, really shitty emotional spiral off of something that was supposed to be helpful and fuck. Fuck I hate emotions and bodies.

When you get out of the shower and notice that no it's not 7 mosquito bites after an hour of being outside, it's 7 on one arm and like 14 total.

And the fucking giant red rash on your neck from sweaty hair pressing against it and fuck bodies are horrible.

When you take a cold shower to try to feel like anything but waterlogged filth after being outside, you put your head under the spray and feel the runoff rise notably in temperature.

Fucking gross ew why the fuck do I sweat from my scalp, there is no fucking loving god. He's not force this sort of humiliating shit.

Took a walk.
+got some exercise
+found cool like ravine that was kinda nice and peaceful to stand in for a while
-I need another shower now, I feel waterlogged and even more tired than before
