I’m trying really hard to come up with something to say about today’s news that isn’t just a way to deflect it with humor or a pop culture reference.
Context: this morning, explosive devices addressed to Obama and both Clintons were intercepted in the mail. CNN is evacuating their New York workplace after a package, currently being treated as a bomb, made it inside the building.

Hmm. I... think I'm totally finished with my spreadsheet indulgences. All that's left is having a normal relationship to media and reacting to things I experience like a human being.
I definitely have that bittersweet "finished project" feeling; maybe that energy will go somewhere else now.
