Yep, unless this headcold magically clears up overnight I am definitely not turning up at work tomorrow.

Asking my twitter followers something only to receive mostly *crickets* in response is rather deflating.

It feels petty to be so annoyed over this but it feels like just another instance of me going "hey this looks like a neat thing to do" and the universe just going "haha fuck you nope."

500 character limit is honestly much better for the kinds of thing people actually use social media for. Twitter's legacy tether to SMS limitations will probably be their downfall one day.
