- grabs a piece of food in one foot, then climbs with it so ae can eat it on the top perch of the cage
* sometimes drops the food halfway
- also brings food across the cage to the water dish, so ae can dip it in water while eating it
the world deserves a twewy sequel set after neku's transition
ppl in open source and programming in general like to act like "genius" or "good code" are the most / only important constrained resources when the real bottleneck for any large project is its community

People talk about how Linus is a genius like his toxic, abusive behavior was the price of benefitting from his genius.
I can't help wondering how many better operating systems and better version control systems withered in the minds of better engineers than Linus, because open source's toxic culture pushed them out.

i bring this up implicitly a lot but to be explicit:
if u are or know of a queer or otherwise marginalized person who wants to learn about math, programming (including game / graphics), or music theory / composition, i will gladly help, at any level
doubly so for ppl who, for whatever reason, lack access to more traditional channels.
ppl sometimes hesitate cause they think they're too much of a beginner and are wasting my time and that is emphatically not true

The 'master' branch should be called production.
It would help stop using colonialist terms and also make things very clear for devs that once they commit to production, it is production ready.
Also the 'Definitive Media library' sounds way too much like a joke.
@vector depends a lot on background and goals, but -- hoping to arrange it so ppl can benefit from as little as 2-3hrs a week on avg, but probably ~twice that to follow more of the theory or get deeper into the code. tho we'll adjust the pace to what the group can manage.
