mac 'n' cheese is life. There's so many excellent ways to do it. I miss my gf Violet's way - baked with breadcrumbs and extra grated cheese on top. My flatmate does it in a pan, no crunch but herbed wonderfully. Needs some spice though... hmmm, might get some more and add chilli or chipotle sauce or something
