Thought on adhd(?) vs productivity coping mechanisms
Something I want to try out this week is re-framing my responsibilities from a need to get certain tasks done, to setting up and maintaining a workspace where those tasks would come easier, like removing distractions.
It could help my anxiety over "not getting enough done" because I'll be more concerned with making sure that I'm in a good place to *allow* work to be done.
A Were-snake keeping their body tempurature even on a chilly fall afternoon with some coffee!
