last night i had a dream and it was kind of a nightmare really because i was being accused of a crime and none of my "real life" friends believed i was innocent, but people here at mastodon were really nice to me and offered to help me prove my innocence :)

Safe space rant
Sometimes I see cis white people criticizing safe spaces because they shelter people from reality and I get a bit angry.
Its easy to say that when the whole world is your safe space, cis white people don't need to worry about people calling them shit on the metro or initiating confrontation for no good reason besides you being different.
And its not like having one place you can go to and not be challenged constantly makes you somehow instantly forget all the bad shit outside it

A long while ago, I said that I was going to make a category on the Mastodon discourse (forum) for other parts of the fediverse to join the conversation.
But I didn't actually ask, is this something developers of GNU Social/postActiv/Pleroma etc. would be interested in?
Discussions on this category I assume would mostly be about how to be as compatible with each other as possible.
