Request for help
Hey, money is tight in our household right now, I'm applying for jobs and also looking into trying to apply for disability benefits, but right now my partner is covering expenses for the both of us on one part-time income. On top of that, we're making a very important trip in a week to see our other mutual partner, but tickets for that have of course hit our funds pretty hard, in addition to missed work time and what we'll need for food and so on. My partner got some help from her parents with that but our position is still pretty shaky rn.
If I can bring in $600 I can cover most of my portion of bills and expenses for the month, and we'll feel a lot more stable for the time being, so that's the goal number. A wonderful friend already super generously contributed $300, so that leaves another $300 to try and obtain by the end of the month to make sure we're okay and not at risk of food or rent insecurity going into the next month.
