also i posted about this on my alt but i might as well post it here, too:

at one point i had all my indie games sorted into genre folders (eg rpgs, sandboxes, adventure games), etc, but i stopped doing that because it sometimes took me ages to figure out where the game i wanted to play was because i knew what it was called but didn't know what genre it was under.

and a lot of games just went in the 'misc.' category, because, well, indie games

i wish win had folder tagging a la macos

i've been tempted to make a gamejam for it, called the unDoom jam, but i don't think anyone except for maybe a few friends would join

i kinda wanna see more non-violent games made with the gzdoom engine tbh

not even a little bit
