you can't follow a playlist from web. spotify what are yOOU DOIIINNGGG

so if you're on web spotify and you're on a playlist, apparently 'add to your library' is not the same as 'following' a playlist on desktop

so if you follow from web, afaik the playlist never shows up in your desktop client
