does anyone experienced in autohotkey know how to make it so that when i read from an ini file, it also reads variables that are in the ini file which refer to earlier variables in the ahk file as well?

i want a vpn that:
- has a good desktop client
- ISN'T blocked by dreamhost
- costs around $40 a year
- main currency is in USD, not EUR or something else

anyone know of any good, cheap VPNs that aren't PIA? (or any vpns that any big webhosts don't block???)
