So far so good, nyaa. The game screen borders exist to restrict the level designer's camera to a single screen of the lowest supported aspect ratio, and the development toolbar takes up the same space the hud bar covers during normal gameplay.

I've got two ways to mess with the tiles I was making at one point to get them to work in RPG Maker MV. Probably multiplying them by 2 is the way to go (which I think Undertale does by default) but if you want 1:1 there's work arounds.
