been watching mega64 lately. so fucking good
i figured out the first thing, had to switch an option in Settings and I think the second thing was caused by Wallpaper Engine??? I could be wrong
...so another bizarre Windows 10 glitch just happened.
I reboot, and a) I have to type in my password twice cause to login for some reason and b) EXPLORER KEPT RESTARTING CONSTANTLY.
I reboot, it works normally.
What the fuck.
