Github is such an incredible invasion of privacy, the way it's used in hiring. I'm good at coding, I'm an effective member of a team, but it's not my hobby. It's not what I do with my free time. If you're looking for work as an accountant, they don't monitor you to check if you balance books for fun off the clock.

I guess as an experienced player it's not that bad, but I'm not really sure how to explain all of the daily todos the game gives you right at the start. Or how to properly manage boosts. Or UQ ettiquette. Or avoiding bricking a mag. Or avoiding bricking a skill tree. Or knowing what daily orders are worth doing.

On this day, the CPC committed an act of mass murder to suppress democratic reformist students who were protesting in Tiananmen Square. Today, acknowledging that this massacre happened is effectively illegal in #China. Until this year, a vigil has been held in Hong Kong, symbolising generally the more respectful approach the CPC took there. This year, the vigil has been barred.
