re: Zombieload
There's a flaw in any Intel processor since at least 2011 that allows data to be leaked from side-channel attacks.
I have an X200 laptop, which has a Core 2 Duo on it, which was made in 2008 or around about that time.
In short, it's another error, along the lines of the Spectre and Meltdown debacle a year ago.

@jd They claim not to seek war with Iran..but that's rubbish!
@InvaderXan It would be 99.9999...%, if I had to guess.
Alt-Right recruitment tactics, what to look for, minor US_rel mention
I know this is a difficult topic to discuss.
I decided to look into how the Alt-Right recruits people and found this explanation.
As someone who was recruited into a Fundamentalist Evangelical Cult I recognized most of these tactics immediately as variants were used on me.
I would recommend reading this and looking for warning signs in your family, friends, etc. Talk to them before it is too late.

These are definitely cult recruitment tactics. I know because I was in a religious cult and at one point was even being trained as a recruiter.
1. Talk to an isolated person who feels left out / unwanted.
2. Invite them over, then love-bomb them.
3. Invite them to everything, become their circle of friends.
4. Start having them distance themselves from their earlier friends and family.
This is Cults 101 stuff here.
