Watching #HRDQ2017 has me so incredibly hyped for my SNES Classic to arrive....even though I already have most of the games on it

I totally plan on bringing that little thing to cons and playin' a little Yoshi's Island during downtime.

Today's schedule: Splatfest and HRDQ2017, over and over and over and over. And also pizza.

Hokey smokes, it feels like the entire DFW area is out of gas.

Wasn't planning on going anywhere this Labor Day weekend, but now I'm extra staying put.

Today is my dad's last day until retirement. I've seen enough action movies to know how this goes. I'm watching him like a hawk.

A few Postcrossers have replied to my letters asking me how I'm doing after Harvey. I live three hours away, I'm doing a-ok.

Sometimes it's hard to comprehend just how stupidly big Texas is. On the flip side, I often forget how small other states/countries are.

People talk about how they drove to another country/state to see a concert and I'm like "Wow, you're dedicated!" and they're like "...it's an hour drive."

TL;DR shit be big! But also, shit be small.

Trying my hardest to 'git gud' with the Luna Blaster in Splatoon 2 and failing miserably. Not that I'm growing tired of the .52 Gal or anything, I'm just really into the LB's splash damage. The biggest culture shock isn't the rate of fire, but the range!
