A few Postcrossers have replied to my letters asking me how I'm doing after Harvey. I live three hours away, I'm doing a-ok.

Sometimes it's hard to comprehend just how stupidly big Texas is. On the flip side, I often forget how small other states/countries are.

People talk about how they drove to another country/state to see a concert and I'm like "Wow, you're dedicated!" and they're like "...it's an hour drive."

TL;DR shit be big! But also, shit be small.

Trying my hardest to 'git gud' with the Luna Blaster in Splatoon 2 and failing miserably. Not that I'm growing tired of the .52 Gal or anything, I'm just really into the LB's splash damage. The biggest culture shock isn't the rate of fire, but the range! 😵
