Took a nap, tried to, ~90 minutes. Most of it was fitful. Lay down crying from frustration at the wasted day, was... 'alright' through most of the nap thing. Finally ended with I'm not sure what but I sat straight up from it and was crying again.

Can I just stick to vidid daydreaming and completely blank feeling sleep? The sleep-dreaming seems to have a lot more unpleasantness in it.

1: generally sleep on my side, face burrowed into a pillow. But that's good advice for naps at least (where I do end up in some odd positions)
2: I like the assumption I'm already seeing a psychiatrist. Not sure how I feel about both the implication that I so clearly need one it's not a question AND the fact I might not procrastinate eternally in actually seeing one.

I need to get around to making that appointment.
