Self care Reminder
I know it’s been rough on a lot of people lately. Please, in all these stressful times don’t forget to take care of yourself. Consider making a self-care checklist. Here’s a few things that might go on one (taken from my own list) :
- Take your meds
- Keep to your sleep schedule if you can
- Get a walk in or exercise yourself a little.
- Do those chores you’ve been putting off.
- Don’t forget to look beyond today, and remind yourself about a good thing on the horizon.
