I am not sure whether the bluetooth spec allows this, I have never seen anything that does this. The closest solution I'm finding from people posting online about similar things is to get a mixer that has bluetooth output, which I don't think is a great solution.
For just good bluetooth speakers, Audio Pro https://audiopro.com/ makes very high quality ones, imo.

To be clear, this is about mixing the outputs of connected devices together, not having multiple devices connected (which is normal for Bluetooth speakers, albeit often poorly implemented)
