Work frustration

Okay so. Say there's Alice, Bob, and Cathy. I'm Bob (hello). The Process is that Alice works on a thing, hands it to Bob, Bob works on the thing, stores it for Cathy to quirk in the next day. It doesn't matter when Bob does work, as long as it's after Alice but before Cathy. Which is what I (Bob) have been doing the last three years, happy the job is flex time. Until new manager this week.

Work frustration

Turns out, new manager denies flex schedule was ever a thing, tells me he warned me about it earlier (which he didn't) and after getting to work late three days in a row this week I got written warnings and reprimands and am halfway to being fired.

I work a little flex time on the weekends too, but was never given a schedule, so I've been trying to get ahold of my new manager to ask when that is so I won't get dinged again.

Since I don't know when the schedule says I have to work this weekend, I'll likely miss it, even though I'm properly doing my job otherwise.

I fully expect my new bullshit manager to meet me on Monday morning with another written reprimand making me one stupid bullshit reason away from being fired.
