@ToriasKane Well, first change I would make is that instead of sautéing the steak, I would've crockpotted it until it was tearable. but in addition to that, I used garlic and onion, put roughly a tablespoon of that on the dough, added a cube of gouda, sealed with an eggwash, and baked for 30 min.
