so hey! what i did was take a 60% keyboard pcb, add mill-max hotswap sockets to it, which took roughly... 5 hours. it's seriously tedious.
HOWEVER one ONE (1) ONE! of the switch contact holes is slightly smaller than all the others. it's out of spec and so the socket would not fit on it. there is ONE FUCKING KEY on this thing that has to be soldered in.

this sakura set was very much not made for this layout of board. substitutions and gaps.

i'm actually realizing a mistake i made with the stabilizers, and also a way to deal with the key gap. and i actually dislike this key set but eh
