For you folks who have executive dysfunction or depression, seriously. Get a super soft toothbrush and put it in your shower so it's easier to remember to brush.

I had three years of depression induced neglect of my teeth and I paid a horrible price for it.

I put the full amount into my fsa and in one procedure, its all gone. I have no funds to go to the doctor or pay medication for the rest of the year, and I STILL owe 300$ to the dentist.

Even if it's just a quick brush once a day, take care of your teeth. It's self care that is so so so important.

I'm just hoping my I insurance will reimburse my fsa, because otherwise, I don't know how I am going to afford my multiple doctor visits, or my migraine meds or hrt.
