Sleep, Asking for Advice
Friends, I have been TERRIBLE at sleeping properly these last few weeks and could use some advice on sleep hygiene. I know a lot of the basics: no backlit screens after like half an hour before you want to go to sleep, turn all the lights off, that sort of thing. So advice in that vein is fine, but what I'm specifically looking for is:
How to keep myself out of my bed until it is time to actually go to sleep. It is one of the Most Comfy places in my house, unfortunately.

@hummingrain Also, if you're not adverse, try taking melatonin, it's great in a punch and is natural! If you're not big on OTC stuff, good old Sleepytime Tea has an Extra version with Valerian and it works great, too! http://www.celestialseasonings.com/products/herbal/sleepytime-extra
Lastly, if you're having environment issues, I def recommend the White Noise Pro App with the Market app. (It's 2 bucks and WORTH IT)

@Silviu Oh I should clarify, I'm *too good* at sleeping, not the opposite. I'll fall asleep with lights on, on the floor, still wearing day clothes, with my laptop in my lap, etc.
Sleep, Asking for Advice
@hummingrain Oh woops! I read that the opposite way, lol. I sadly can't help in that department, I am nearly chronic with my insomnia. Takes me forever to fall asleep and once I'm asleep, it's VERY hard to get me out of it. :<

@hummingrain They don't! They have a soft, breathable jersey fabric liner. I run VERY hot due to my EDS and I don't find them too warm to sleep with =D
