I'm trying to figure out how to find more people to follow on here. Tips? Recommendations? How do I find cool people?
I have this problem where I keep decreasing my follow count because people keep saying shit that makes me go "I don't think so, actually."
Like someone will seem cool, and then they start revealing that they believe in strictly vibes-based morality.
Look, I'm not saying that if I unfollow you, you're a bad person or anything. And it's not like I have to agree with someone about every issue in order to follow them. But I have less tolerance for bullshit on here than I did on The Old Website, you know?
Anyway, hit me up if you're LGBTQ+ and a consequentialist.
In case you're unfamiliar with the term, consequentialism is, simply put, the belief that the morality of an action is dependent on its real world consequences.
So, like, pragmatists and utilitarians are types of consequentialists.
It gets a little complicated sometimes, because we can't always predict all the consequences of our actions reliably. But that's the general idea.
