@spiderrobotpig@witches.town it sounds like a lot of fun! Wish there were a neat way to play the decks against each other (for me MTG is about deck building, the actual playing of a game should be deterministic based on the deck), over the internet? With chess you can be like "Knight to e4" or something.

Re: slivers - they are just impossibly overpowered and the only way to really beat them is with another sliver deck or a deck specifically designed to beat slivers.

And here's an early version of the sliver deck, mtgvault.com/va9693/decks/glas which, yes, was expensive to build. So was the other one actually. This is one reason I stopped playing: the game is stacked in favour of players with money.

I'm a big fan of Dominion for this reason: deck building awesomeness, but fair. Lots about magic I miss though :)
