puppies for adoption at Seattle PAWS now!
it's unusual for puppies to come in during the winter--spring and summer are more likely, for them and kittens--so the litter of (if I overheard correctly) six or seven labrador-maybe-mutts are getting a *lot* of attention from the staff right now. if you're in the market for a puppy, PAWS is an excellent source for adoptions, and puppies usually get adopted out *fast*--consider this your early alert!

I got to see one that was being shown around (the cats and dogs are housed in a separate-but-nearby building complex from the wild animals), it was... I'd guess threeeeee months old? didn't want to open its eyes, was a dark grey with almost black points, a little jowly, with floppy ears and a longish tail. short fur, very soft. A++ would pet again ;)
