1) I have depression and anxiety. These contribute to my experiencing executive dysfunction.
2) I have a problem where I will see an issue to be dealt with, say "this is too much for me right now" or "I'm already in the middle of something", and then "I'll deal with it later".
Which means it never gets done (or only when not doing it would be excessively onerous).
3) This is NOT standard procrastination and those techniques DON'T WORK for me.
How can I address this?

@noelle timebox tasks maybe? So like "i need to clean the house " becomes i will spend 10 minutes every day, timed, cleaning the house"
