Basically I was wondering if there is call for literature in the furry scene. Novels rather than comics. I've only ever been adjacent to the scene

Short version, yes there are novels, yes there's historical and F/SF and postapocalyptic and cyberpunk
I am in fact a member of a Furry Historical Fiction Society that's about to start edits on a medieval short story anthology and trying to pin down the time period for the next one (though "black powder era" will definitely be part of it)
We can be extremely literary when we want to be
