It would literally make you part of a minority (as Mawr noted). However, power relations and identity politics are typically implied in the term 'minority'. This is more debatable.
e.g. fandom vs subculture.
Taken as a generality, any subculture has the potential to be a 'minority'. This depends on the historic and present context of their relationship with power and oppression.
