The context was presented because it's a good example of something you can do at home but would be a liability to do as part of a company.

It's a pretty good framing and a solid example, but at the same time, required some establishing education. Which was surreal.

It's a really interesting illustration on how divergent our culture is from how our legal system envisions it.
I bet it's actually a super interesting subject to scholars of jurisprudence. :3
